We are members of The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Western States Roofing Contractors (WSRCA), Independent Roofing Contractors of California (IRCC) and the Marin and North Coast Builders Exchange (NCBE). These memberships help us keep abreast of the latest roofing technology, laws that affect our industry, employees and clients and roofing trends we can expect to see in the future.

Our firm has been incorporated since its inception in 1987 and is owned by Steve Amend, Kevin Salyer and Timothy Earley. We pay competitive wages and provide benefits to all our employees who have been with us for 6 months. The benefits include medical and dental insurance (includes spouses and children) and a defined contribution plan with a profit sharing overlay. We believe in taking care of our employees.
